Antoniandes de Canadá y Schlebusch de Sudáfrica fueron los grandes campeones de la Copa Continental de Triatlón que se llevó a cabo el pasado fin de semana en Salinas, Ecuador.

El canadiense Pavlos Antoniandes logró su primer triunfo en la principal categoría. Luego de completar la prueba en un tiempo de 00:51:07, Antoniandes se hizo de la medalla de oro en la división Elite Men. El podio masculino lo completaron los norteamericanos Keller Norland y Ryan Luczak respectivamente.

En la categoría Elite Women, la sudafricana Amber Schlebusch fue quién se hizo de la medalla de oro luego de pasar primera por la línea de meta en un tiempo de 00:57:59. El segundo fue para la triatleta local de Ecuador, Elizabeth Bravo y la tercera posición fue para Naomi Ruff de Estados Unidos.

De esta manera, se cierra de manera exitosa una nueva Americas Triathlon Cup. Felicitaciones a los ganadores y a todos los triatletas que formaron parte del evento.

2024 Americas Triathlon Cup Salinas

Antoniandes from Canada and Schlebusch from South Africa were the grand champions of the Continental Triathlon Cup that took place last weekend in Salinas, Ecuador.

Canadian Pavlos Antoniandes achieved his first victory in the main category. After completing the test in a time of 00:51:07, Antoniandes won the gold medal in the Elite Men division. The men's podium was completed by North Americans Keller Norland and Ryan Luczak respectively.

In the Elite Women category, South African Amber Schlebusch won the gold medal after crossing the finish line first in a time of 00:57:59. The second went to the local triathlete from Ecuador, Elizabeth Bravo and the third position went to Naomi Ruff from the United States.
