Americas Triathlon

Mexican triathlete César Saracho, won the silver medal in the European Triathlon Cup.

This weekend Madrid hosted the European Triathlon Union (ETU) Cup, where Spanish Uxio Abuin won the gold medal with a time spent of 1 hour 55 minutes and 40 seconds. The race was an Olympic distance.

The silver medal was for the American Continent representative César Saracho, from Mexico, who ended only three seconds after the winner. Third on the race was the Spanish Emilio Aguayo.

Other results for the American Continent in the ETU Cup, stands up Diego Perez (MEX) 9th place. Ricardo Vega (MEX)24th place , Hunter Lussi (USA) 25th  and Luis Miguel Velasquez (VEN) ranked 26th.
